Hey all!

Profile

My name is Taylor. I’m a Software Engineer based in Florida’s Space Coast who enjoys finding ways to remove the barriers between technology and its users. I have a love of people and a passion for Computer Science.

I enjoy programming, the outdoors, and my cat Merlin.

Experience

I’m currently a Product Engineering Manager at Data Flow Systems - a Badger Meter Brand. I manage a team of talented Software, Hardware, and Test Engineers to provide an end-to-end, turnkey solution of remote monitoring and control products for water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities.

I work on an impressive portfolio of smart Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) products that communicate over proprietary radio, cellular, and LAN based communications to prevent spills and provide insightful reporting. In my day to day, I’m working with ARM Embedded Linux devices that use a variety of programming languages such as C, C++, PHP, and QT.
